Καλώς ορίσατε στο(ν) JC FASHION gr! Οι όροι «εμείς», «εμάς» και «μας» αναφέρονται στο(ν) JC FASHION gr. Ο JC FASHION gr διαχειρίζεται αυτό το κατάστημα και τον ιστότοπο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων όλων των σχετικών πληροφοριών, περιεχομένου, λειτουργιών, εργαλείων, προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών, προκειμένου να παρέχει σε εσάς, τον πελάτη, μια επιμελημένη εμπειρία αγορών (οι «Υπηρεσίες»). Ο JC FASHION gr υποστηρίζεται από το Shopify, το οποίο μας επιτρέπει να σας παρέχουμε τις Υπηρεσίες.

Διαβάστε προσεκτικά αυτούς τους όρους παροχής υπηρεσιών, καθώς περιλαμβάνουν σημαντικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με τα νόμιμα δικαιώματά σας και καλύπτουν τομείς όπως οι δηλώσεις αποποίησης ευθύνης εγγύησης και οι περιορισμοί ευθύνης.
Με την επίσκεψη, την αλληλεπίδραση ή τη χρήση των υπηρεσιών μας, συμφωνείτε να δεσμεύεστε από τους παρόντες όρους παροχής υπηρεσιών και την πολιτική απορρήτου μας [ΣΥΝΔΕΣΜΟΣ]. ENOTHTA 1 - ΠΡΟΣΒΑΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΛΟΓΑΡΙΑΣΜΟΣ
Συμφωνώντας με τους παρόντες όρους παροχής υπηρεσιών, δηλώνετε ότι είστε τουλάχιστον στο όριο ενηλικίωσης στην πολιτεία ή την επαρχία διαμονής σας και μας έχετε παράσχει τη συγκατάθεσή σας να επιτρέψουμε σε οποιοδήποτε από τα ανήλικα εξαρτώμενα μέλη σας να χρησιμοποιεί τις υπηρεσίες σε συσκευές που κατέχετε, αγοράζετε ή διαχειρίζεστε.
Για να χρησιμοποιήσετε τις υπηρεσίες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της πρόσβασης ή της περιήγησης στα ηλεκτρονικά μας καταστήματα ή της αγοράς οποιουδήποτε από
τα προϊόντα ή τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρουμε, ενδέχεται να σας ζητηθεί να παράσχετε ορισμένες πληροφορίες, όπως τη διεύθυνση email σας, τα στοιχεία χρέωσης, πληρωμής και αποστολής. Δηλώνετε και εγγυάστε ότι όλες οι πληροφορίες που παρέχετε στα καταστήματά μας είναι σωστές, ενημερωμένες και πλήρεις και ότι έχετε όλα τα απαραίτητα δικαιώματα για την παροχή τους.
Είστε αποκλειστικά υπεύθυνοι για να διατηρείτε τα διαπιστευτήρια του λογαριασμού σας ασφαλή και για τη συνολική δραστηριότητα του λογαριασμού σας. Δεν επιτρέπεται να μεταβιβάσετε, να πουλήσετε, να εκχωρήσετε ή να παραχωρήσετε άδεια χρήσης του λογαριασμού σας σε οποιοδήποτε άλλο πρόσωπο.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 2 - ΤΑ ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΑ ΜΑΣ
Έχουμε καταβάλει κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για να παρέχουμε μια ακριβή απεικόνιση των προϊόντων και των υπηρεσιών μας στα ηλεκτρονικά μας καταστήματα. Ωστόσο, λάβετε υπόψη ότι τα χρώματα ή η εμφάνιση του προϊόντος ενδέχεται να διαφέρουν από τον τρόπο που εμφανίζονται στην οθόνη σας, λόγω του τύπου της συσκευής που χρησιμοποιείτε για πρόσβαση στο κατάστημα, καθώς και των ρυθμίσεων και της διαμόρφωσής της.
Δεν εγγυόμαστε ότι η εμφάνιση ή η ποιότητα οποιωνδήποτε προϊόντων ή υπηρεσιών που αγοράζετε θα ανταποκρίνεται στις προσδοκίες σας ή θα είναι η ίδια με αυτήν που απεικονίζεται ή αποδίδεται στα ηλεκτρονικά μας καταστήματα.
Όλες οι περιγραφές των προϊόντων υπόκεινται σε αλλαγές ανά πάσα στιγμή χωρίς προειδοποίηση κατά την αποκλειστική μας κρίση. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να διακόψουμε την παραγωγή οποιουδήποτε προϊόντος ανά πάσα στιγμή και ενδέχεται να περιορίσουμε τις ποσότητες οποιωνδήποτε προϊόντων που προσφέρουμε σε οποιοδήποτε άτομο, γεωγραφική περιοχή ή δικαιοδοσία, κατά περίπτωση.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 3 - ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΕΣ
Όταν κάνετε μια παραγγελία, κάνετε μια προσφορά για αγορά. Ο JC FASHION gr διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αποδεχτεί ή να απορρίψει την παραγγελία σας για οποιονδήποτε λόγο κατά την κρίση του. Η παραγγελία σας δεν θα γίνει δεκτή μέχρι ο JC FASHION gr να επιβεβαιώσει την αποδοχή της. Πρέπει να λάβουμε και να επεξεργαστούμε την πληρωμή σας πριν γίνει δεκτή η παραγγελία σας. Ελέγξτε προσεκτικά την παραγγελία σας πριν την υποβάλετε, καθώς ο JC FASHION gr ενδέχεται να μην είναι σε θέση να ικανοποιήσει αιτήματα ακύρωσης μετά την αποδοχή μιας παραγγελίας. Σε περίπτωση που δεν αποδεχτούμε, δεν κάνουμε κάποια αλλαγή ή δεν ακυρώσουμε μια παραγγελία, θα προσπαθήσουμε να σας ειδοποιήσουμε επικοινωνώντας μαζί σας μέσω του e‑mail, της διεύθυνσης χρέωσης ή/και του αριθμού τηλεφώνου που μας δώσατε κατά την πραγματοποίηση της παραγγελίας.
Οι αγορές σας υπόκεινται σε επιστροφή ή ανταλλαγή αποκλειστικά σύμφωνα με την πολιτική επιστροφής χρημάτων μας [ΣΥΝΔΕΣΜΟΣ].
Δηλώνετε και εγγυάστε ότι οι αγορές σας προορίζονται για προσωπική ή οικιακή χρήση και όχι για εμπορική μεταπώληση ή εξαγωγή.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 4 - ΤΙΜΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΧΡΕΩΣΕΙΣ
Οι τιμές, οι εκπτώσεις και οι προσφορές υπόκεινται σε αλλαγές χωρίς προειδοποίηση. Η τιμή που χρεώνεται για ένα προϊόν ή μια υπηρεσία θα είναι η τιμή που ισχύει κατά τη στιγμή της υποβολής της παραγγελίας και θα αναφέρεται στο email επιβεβαίωσης της παραγγελίας σας. Οι αναγραφόμενες τιμές δεν περιλαμβάνουν φόρους, έξοδα αποστολής, διακίνησης, τελωνεία ή χρεώσεις εισαγωγής, εκτός εάν ορίζεται ρητώς διαφορετικά.
Οι τιμές που αναρτώνται στα ηλεκτρονικά μας καταστήματα ενδέχεται να διαφέρουν από τις τιμές που προσφέρονται σε φυσικά καταστήματα ή σε ηλεκτρονικά ή άλλα καταστήματα που λειτουργούν από τρίτους. Ενδέχεται να προσφέρουμε, κατά καιρούς, προσφορές στιςΥπηρεσίες που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την τιμολόγηση και οι οποίες διέπονται από όρους και προϋποθέσεις ξεχωριστούς από τους παρόντες Όρους. Σε περίπτωση σύγκρουσης μεταξύ των όρων μιας προωθητικής ενέργειας και των παρόντων όρων, υπερισχύουν οι όροι της προωθητικής ενέργειας.
Συμφωνείτε να παρέχετε ενημερωμένες, ακριβείς αγορές, πληρωμές και λογαριασμούς για όλες τις αγορές που πραγματοποιείτε στα καταστήματά μας. Συμφωνείτε να ενημερώνετε άμεσα τον λογαριασμό σας και άλλες πληροφορίες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διεύθυνσης email σας, των αριθμών πιστωτικών καρτών και των ημερομηνιών λήξης, ώστε να μπορούμε να ολοκληρώσουμε τις συναλλαγές σας και να επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας όποτε χρειάζεται.
Δηλώνετε και εγγυάστε ότι (i) τα στοιχεία της πιστωτικής κάρτας που παρέχετε είναι αληθή, ορθά και πλήρη, (ii) είστε δεόντως εξουσιοδοτημένοι να χρησιμοποιήσετε την εν λόγω πιστωτική κάρτα για την αγορά, (iii) οι χρεώσεις που θα πραγματοποιείτε θα καλυφθούν από την εταιρεία της πιστωτικής σας κάρτας και (iv) θα καταβάλλετε τις χρεώσεις που θα πραγματοποιείτε στις αναγραφόμενες τιμές, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των εξόδων αποστολής και διαχείρισης και όλων των ισχυόντων φόρων, εάν υπάρχουν.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 5 - ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗ
Δεν φέρουμε ευθύνη για καθυστερήσεις στην αποστολή και την παράδοση. Όλοι οι χρόνοι παράδοσης είναι αποκλειστικά εκτιμήσεις και δεν είναι εγγυημένοι. Δεν φέρουμε ευθύνη για καθυστερήσεις που προκαλούνται από μεταφορική εταιρεία, τελωνειακή επεξεργασία ή γεγονότα εκτός του ελέγχου μας. Μόλις τα προϊόντα διαβιβαστούν στον μεταφορέα, η κυριότητα και ο κίνδυνος απώλειας μεταβιβάζονται σε εσάς.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 6 - ΠΝΕΥΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΣΙΑ
Οι Υπηρεσίες μας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ενδεικτικά όλων των εμπορικών σημάτων, επωνυμιών, κειμένου, οθονών, εικόνων, γραφικών, αξιολογήσεων προϊόντων, βίντεο και ήχου, καθώς και ο σχεδιασμός, η επιλογή και η διαρρύθμισή τους, ανήκουν στο(ν) JC FASHION gr, τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες του ή τους δικαιοπαρόχους του και προστατεύονται από τους νόμους περί διπλωμάτων ευρεσιτεχνίας, πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων και άλλων νόμων περί πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας των ΗΠΑ και του εξωτερικού.
Οι παρόντες όροι σάς επιτρέπουν να χρησιμοποιείτε τις υπηρεσίες μόνο για προσωπική, μη εμπορική χρήση. Δεν επιτρέπεται η αναπαραγωγή, η διανομή, η τροποποίηση, η δημιουργία παράγωγων έργων, η δημόσια προβολή, η δημόσια εκτέλεση, η αναδημοσίευση, η λήψη, η αποθήκευση ή η μετάδοση οποιουδήποτε υλικού στις υπηρεσίες χωρίς την προηγούμενη γραπτή συγκατάθεσή μας. Τίποτα στους παρόντες Όρους δεν παραχωρεί ή δεν θα ερμηνεύεται ως παραχώρηση άδειας χρήσης ή λοιπών δικαιωμάτων σε εσάς βάσει οποιουδήποτε διπλώματος ευρεσιτεχνίας, εμπορικού σήματος, πνευματικού δικαιώματος ή άλλης πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας του JC FASHION gr, του Shopify ή οποιουδήποτε τρίτου, εκτός αν προβλέπεται ρητώς στο παρόν. Η μη εξουσιοδοτημένη χρήση των υπηρεσιών ενδέχεται να αποτελεί παραβίαση των ομοσπονδιακών και πολιτειακών νόμων περί πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας. Όλα τα δικαιώματα που δεν παραχωρούνται ρητά στο παρόν διατηρούνται από τον JC FASHION gr.
Τα ονόματα, τα λογότυπα, τα ονόματα προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών, τα σχέδια και τα σλόγκαν του JC FASHION gr είναι εμπορικά σήματα του JC FASHION gr ή των συνεργαζόμενων εταιρειών ή των δικαιοπαρόχων του. Δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιείτε τέτοια εμπορικά σήματα χωρίς την προηγούμενη γραπτή άδεια του JC FASHION gr. Το όνομα, το λογότυπο, τα ονόματα προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών, τα σχέδια και τα σλόγκαν του Shopify είναι εμπορικά σήματα του Shopify. Όλα τα άλλα ονόματα, λογότυπα, ονόματα προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών, σχέδια και σλόγκαν στις υπηρεσίες αποτελούν εμπορικά σήματα των αντίστοιχων κατόχων τους.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 7 - ΠΡΟΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ ΕΡΓΑΛΕΙΑ
Ενδέχεται να σας παρασχεθεί πρόσβαση σε εργαλεία πελατών που προσφέρονται από τρίτους στο πλαίσιο των Υπηρεσιών, τα οποία ούτε παρακολουθούμε ούτε έχουμε κανέναν έλεγχο ή εισροή.
Αναγνωρίζετε και συμφωνείτε ότι παρέχουμε πρόσβαση σε τέτοια εργαλεία «ως έχουν» και «ως διατίθενται» χωρίς καμία εγγύηση, δήλωση ή προϋπόθεση οποιουδήποτε είδους και χωρίς καμία έγκριση. Δεν φέρουμε καμία ευθύνη που προκύπτει από ή σχετίζεται με τη χρήση προαιρετικών εργαλείων τρίτων από εσάς.
Οποιαδήποτε χρήση από εσάς των προαιρετικών εργαλείων που προσφέρονται μέσω του ιστότοπου γίνεται αποκλειστικά με δική σας ευθύνη και διακριτική ευχέρεια και θα πρέπει να βεβαιωθείτε ότι είστε εξοικειωμένοι και εγκρίνετε τους όρους βάσει των οποίων παρέχονται τα εργαλεία από τον/τους σχετικό/ους τρίτο/ους πάροχο/ους.
Ενδέχεται επίσης, στο μέλλον, να προσφέρουμε νέες δυνατότητες μέσω των υπηρεσιών (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της κυκλοφορίας νέων εργαλείων και πόρων). Τέτοιες νέες λειτουργίες θα θεωρούνται επίσης μέρος των Υπηρεσιών και υπόκεινται στους παρόντες όροι παροχής υπηρεσιών.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 8 - ΣΥΝΔΕΣΜΟΙ ΤΡΙΤΩΝ
Οι υπηρεσίες ενδέχεται να περιέχουν υλικό και υπερσυνδέσμους προς ιστότοπους που παρέχονται ή λειτουργούν από τρίτους (συμπεριλαμβανομένων τυχόν ενσωματωμένων λειτουργιών τρίτων). Δεν φέρουμε καμία ευθύνη για την εξέταση ή την αξιολόγηση του περιεχομένου ή της ακρίβειας οποιουδήποτε υλικού ή ιστότοπου τρίτων στους οποίους επιλέγετε να αποκτήσετε πρόσβαση. Εάν αποφασίσετε να εγκαταλείψετε τις υπηρεσίες για να αποκτήσετε πρόσβαση σε αυτό το υλικό ή σε ιστότοπους τρίτων, το κάνετε με δική σας ευθύνη.
Δεν φέρουμε καμία ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε βλάβη ή ζημία που σχετίζεται με την πρόσβασή σας σε ιστότοπους τρίτων ή την αγορά ή χρήση οποιωνδήποτε προϊόντων, υπηρεσιών, πόρων ή περιεχομένου σε ιστότοπους τρίτων. Ελέγξτε προσεκτικά τις πολιτικές και τις πρακτικές τρίτου και βεβαιωθείτε ότι τις κατανοείτε προτού προβείτε σε οποιαδήποτε συναλλαγή. Παράπονα, ισχυρισμοί, απορίες ή ερωτήσεις σχετικά με προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες τρίτων θα πρέπει να απευθύνονται στον τρίτο.
ENOTHTA 9 - ΣΧΕΣΗ ΜΕ ΤΟ SHOPIFY

Ο JC FASHION gr υποστηρίζεται από το Shopify, που μας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να παρέχουμε τις Υπηρεσίες σε εσάς. Ωστόσο, οποιεσδήποτε πωλήσεις και αγορές κάνετε στο κατάστημά μας γίνονται απευθείας με τονJC FASHION gr. Χρησιμοποιώντας τις υπηρεσίες, αναγνωρίζετε και συμφωνείτε ότι το Shopify δεν φέρει ευθύνη για καμία πτυχή οποιωνδήποτε πωλήσεων μεταξύ εσάς και του JC FASHION gr, συμπεριλαμβανομένου οποιουδήποτε τραυματισμού, ζημιάς ή απώλειας που προκύπτει από αγορασμένα προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες. Με το παρόν απαλλάσσετε ρητά το Shopify και τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες της από όλες τις αξιώσεις, ζημίες και ευθύνες που προκύπτουν από ή σχετίζονται με τις αγορές και τις συναλλαγές σας με τον JC FASHION gr.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 10 - ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΑΠΟΡΡΗΤΟΥ
Όλα τα προσωπικά στοιχεία που συλλέγουμε μέσω των υπηρεσιών υπόκεινται στην πολιτική απορρήτου μας, την οποία μπορείτε να δείτε εδώ [ΣΥΝΔΕΣΜΟΣ], και ορισμένα προσωπικά στοιχεία ενδέχεται να υπόκεινται στην πολιτική απορρήτου του Shopify, την οποία μπορείτε να δείτε εδώ. Χρησιμοποιώντας τις υπηρεσίες, αναγνωρίζετε ότι έχετε διαβάσει τις παρούσες πολιτικές απορρήτου.
Επειδή οι υπηρεσίες φιλοξενούνται από την Shopify, η Shopify συλλέγει και επεξεργάζεται προσωπικά στοιχεία σχετικά με την πρόσβαση και τη χρήση των υπηρεσιών από εσάς, προκειμένου να σας παρέχει και να τις βελτιώνει. Οι πληροφορίες που υποβάλλετε στις υπηρεσίες θα διαβιβάζονται και θα κοινοποιούνται στην Shopify, καθώς και σε τρίτους που ενδέχεται να βρίσκονται σε χώρες εκτός της χώρας διαμονής σας, προκειμένου να σας παρέχουν υπηρεσίες. ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 11 - ΣΧΟΛΙΑ
Εάν υποβάλετε, μεταφορτώσετε, δημοσιεύσετε, στείλετε μέσω email ή μεταδώσετε με άλλο τρόπο οποιεσδήποτε ιδέες, προτάσεις, σχόλια, κριτικές, προτάσεις, σχέδια ή άλλο περιεχόμενο (συλλογικά, «Σχόλια»), μας παραχωρείτε μια διαρκή, παγκόσμια, υποαδειοδοτούμενη, χωρίς δικαιώματα εκμετάλλευσης άδεια χρήσης, αναπαραγωγής, τροποποίησης, δημοσίευσης, διανομής και προβολής των εν λόγω σχολίων σε οποιοδήποτε μέσο για οποιονδήποτε σκοπό, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της εμπορικής χρήσης. Ενδέχεται, για παράδειγμα, να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα δικαιώματά μας βάσει αυτής της άδειας χρήσης για τη λειτουργία, την παροχή, την αξιολόγηση, την ενίσχυση, τη βελτίωση και την προώθηση των Υπηρεσιών και για την εκτέλεση των υποχρεώσεών μας και την άσκηση των δικαιωμάτων μας βάσει των όροι παροχής υπηρεσιών.
Επίσης, δηλώνετε και εγγυάστε ότι: (i) κατέχετε ή έχετε όλα τα απαραίτητα δικαιώματα σε όλα τα σχόλια· (ii) έχετε γνωστοποιήσει οποιαδήποτε αποζημίωση ή κίνητρα λάβατε σε σχέση με την υποβολή των σχολίων σας· και (iii) τα σχόλιά σας θα συμμορφώνονται με τους παρόντες όρους. Δεν φέρουμε και δεν θα φέρουμε καμία υποχρέωση (1) να διατηρήσουμε τα σχόλιά σας εμπιστευτικά, (2) να καταβάλουμε αποζημίωση για τα σχόλιά σας ή (3) να απαντήσουμε στα σχόλιά σας.
Δυνάμεθα, αλλά δεν έχουμε καμία υποχρέωση, να παρακολουθούμε, να επεξεργαζόμαστε ή να αφαιρούμε σχόλια που κρίνουμε κατά την αποκλειστική μας κρίση ως παράνομα, προσβλητικά, απειλητικά, συκοφαντικά, δυσφημιστικά, πορνογραφικά, άσεμνα ή με άλλο τρόπο απαράδεκτα ή που παραβιάζουν την πνευματική ιδιοκτησία οποιουδήποτε μέρους ή τους παρόντες όρους παροχής υπηρεσιών.
Συμφωνείτε ότι τα σχόλιά σας δεν θα παραβιάζουν κανένα δικαίωμα τρίτου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων, του εμπορικού σήματος, του απορρήτου, της προσωπικότητας ή λοιπών προσωπικών ή ιδιοκτησιακών δικαιωμάτων. Συμφωνείτε περαιτέρω ότι τα σχόλιά σας δεν θα περιέχουν συκοφαντικά ή με άλλο τρόπο παράνομα, καταχρηστικά ή άσεμνα σχόλια, ούτε θα περιέχουν οποιονδήποτε ιό υπολογιστή ή λοιπό κακόβουλο λογισμικό που θα μπορούσε με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο να επηρεάσει τη λειτουργία των υπηρεσιών ή οποιουδήποτε σχετικού ιστότοπου. Δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιείτε ψευδή email, να προσποιείστε ότι είστε κάποιος άλλος ή να παραπλανάτε με οποιονδήποτε άλλο τρόπο εμάς ή τρίτους ως προς την προέλευση οποιωνδήποτε σχολίων. ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 12 - ΣΦΑΛΜΑΤΑ, ΑΝΑΚΡΙΒΕΙΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΑΛΕΙΨΕΙΣ
Περιστασιακά, ενδέχεται να υπάρχουν πληροφορίες στις υπηρεσίες ή εντός αυτών που περιέχουν τυπογραφικά λάθη, ανακρίβειες ή παραλείψεις, τα οποία ενδέχεται να σχετίζονται με περιγραφές προϊόντων, τιμές, προωθητικές ενέργειες, προσφορές, τέλη αποστολής προϊόντων, χρόνους μεταφοράς και διαθεσιμότητα. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να διορθώσουμε τυχόν σφάλματα, ανακρίβειες ή παραλείψεις και να αλλάξουμε ή να ενημερώσουμε πληροφορίες ή να ακυρώσουμε παραγγελίες εάν οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία είναι ανακριβής ανά πάσα στιγμή χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση (συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της περιόδου μετά την υποβολή της παραγγελίας σας).
ENOTHTA 13 - ΑΠΑΓΟΡΕΥΜΕΝΕΣ ΧΡΗΣΕΙΣ
Μπορείτε να έχετε πρόσβαση και να χρησιμοποιείτε τις υπηρεσίες μόνο για νόμιμους σκοπούς. Δεν επιτρέπεται η πρόσβαση ή η χρήση των υπηρεσιών, άμεσα ή έμμεσα: (α) για οποιονδήποτε παράνομο ή κακόβουλο σκοπό· (β) για παραβίαση οποιωνδήποτε διεθνών, ομοσπονδιακών, επαρχιακών ή πολιτειακών κανονισμών, κανόνων, νόμων ή τοπικών διατάξεων· (γ) για καταπάτηση ή παραβίαση των δικαιωμάτων διανοητικής ιδιοκτησίας μας ή των δικαιωμάτων διανοητικής ιδιοκτησίας άλλων· (δ) για παρενόχληση, κακοποίηση, προσβολή, βλάβη, δυσφήμιση, συκοφαντία, υποτίμηση, εκφοβισμό ή βλάβη οποιουδήποτε εκ των υπαλλήλων μας ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου προσώπου· (ε) για μετάδοση ψευδών ή παραπλανητικών πληροφοριών· (στ) για αποστολή, συνειδητή λήψη, μεταφόρτωση, λήψη, χρήση ή επαναχρησιμοποίηση οποιουδήποτε υλικού που δεν συμμορφώνεται με τους παρόντες όρους· (ζ) για μετάδοση ή προμήθεια αποστολής οποιουδήποτε διαφημιστικού ή προωθητικού υλικού, συμπεριλαμβανομένης οποιασδήποτε «ανεπιθύμητης αλληλογραφίας», «αλυσιδωτής επιστολής» ή οποιασδήποτε άλλης παρόμοιας πρόσκλησης· (η) για πλαστοπροσωπία ή απόπειρα πλαστοπροσωπίας εις βάρος οποιουδήποτε άλλου προσώπου ή οντότητας· ή (i) εμπλοκή σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη συμπεριφορά που περιορίζει ή εμποδίζει οποιονδήποτε να χρησιμοποιήσει ή να απολαύσει τις υπηρεσίες ή η οποία, όπως καθορίζεται από εμάς, μπορεί να βλάψει τον JC FASHION gr, το Shopify ή τους χρήστες των Υπηρεσιών ή να τους εκθέσει σε ευθύνη.
Επιπλέον, συμφωνείτε να: (α) μη μεταφορτώνετε ή μεταδίδετε ιούς ή οποιοδήποτε άλλο είδος κακόβουλου κώδικα που θα χρησιμοποιηθεί ή ενδέχεται να χρησιμοποιηθεί με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο που θα επηρεάσει τη λειτουργικότητα ή τη λειτουργία των υπηρεσιών· (β) μην αναπαράγετε, αντιγράφετε, εξαγάγετε, πωλείτε, μεταπωλείτε ή εκμεταλλεύεστε οποιοδήποτε μέρος των υπηρεσιών· (γ) μη συλλέγετε ή παρακολουθείτε τα προσωπικά στοιχεία άλλων· (δ) μη στέλνετε ανεπιθύμητα μηνύματα (spam), διαπράττετε ηλεκτρονικό ψάρεμα (phishing), pharming, ή προσποιήστε τις υπηρεσίες· (ε) μη χρησιμοποιείτε οποιαδήποτε εργαλεία ρομπότ, spider, scraping, συλλογής και εξαγωγής δεδομένων, αυτόματες συσκευές ή διαδικασίες, εργαλεία ΤΝ (όπως ΤΝ με χρήση βοηθών) ή αυτοματοποιημένα ή μη αυτόματα μέσα για την πρόσβαση στις υπηρεσίες· ή (στ) μην παρεμβαίνουν, παρακάμπτουν ή παραβλέπουν τις λειτουργίες ασφαλείας ή εξουσιοδότησης, τις επικεφαλίδες αποκλεισμού ρομπότ ή άλλα μέτρα που χρησιμοποιούμε για να περιορίσουμε την πρόσβαση στις Υπηρεσίες. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να αναστείλουμε, να απενεργοποιήσουμε ή να τερματίσουμε τον λογαριασμό σας ανά πάσα στιγμή, χωρίς προειδοποίηση, εάν διαπιστώσουμε ότι έχετε παραβιάσει οποιοδήποτε μέρος αυτών των όρων.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 14 - ΕΚΠΡΟΣΩΠΟΙ
14.1 Η παρούσα ενότητα («Όροι εκπροσώπου») ισχύει εάν χρησιμοποιείτε, επιτρέπετε, ενεργοποιείτε ή προκαλείτε την ανάπτυξη ενός εκπροσώπου για πρόσβαση, χρήση ή αλληλεπίδραση με οποιεσδήποτε υπηρεσίες. Ως «Εκπρόσωπος» νοείται οποιοδήποτε λογισμικό ή υπηρεσία που αναλαμβάνει αυτόνομη ή ημιαυτόνομη δράση εκ μέρους ή κατόπιν εντολής οποιουδήποτε προσώπου ή οντότητας και που μπορεί να εκτελεστεί εκ μέρους ή χρησιμοποιώντας τη συσκευή του ατόμου, χωρίς άμεση εποπτεία.
14.2 Κανένας εκπρόσωπος δεν επιτρέπεται να έχει πρόσβαση, να χρησιμοποιεί ή να αλληλεπιδρά με τις υπηρεσίες, εκτός εάν, ανά πάσα στιγμή, ταυτοποιείται και λειτουργεί αυστηρά σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις της ενότητας 14.4 παρακάτω. Επιπλέον, κανένας εκπρόσωπος δεν επιτρέπεται να έχει πρόσβαση, να χρησιμοποιεί ή να αλληλεπιδρά με τις υπηρεσίες εάν έχουμε ζητήσει από τον εκπρόσωπο να μην έχει πρόσβαση, να μην χρησιμοποιεί ή να μην αλληλεπιδρά με οποιαδήποτε υπηρεσία.
14.3 Ενδέχεται να περιορίσουμε, μεταξύ άλλων μέσω τεχνικών μέτρων, το εάν και πώς οποιοσδήποτε εκπρόσωπος έχει πρόσβαση, χρησιμοποιεί και αλληλεπιδρά με τις υπηρεσίες.
14.4 Οι εκπρόσωποι πρέπει: (i) σε όλα τα στοιχεία HTTP/HTTPS, να προσδιορίζουν ότι το στοιχείο προέρχεται από έναν εκπρόσωπο και να αποκαλύπτουν το όνομα του εκπροσώπου συμπεριλαμβάνοντας τα ακόλουθα στο σύμβολο χρήστη του στοιχείου: «Εκπρόσωπος/[όνομα εκπροσώπου]»· (ii) να μην αποκρύπτουν ή να συσκοτίζουν ότι οποιαδήποτε πρόσβαση, χρήση ή αλληλεπιδράσεις προέρχονται από έναν εκπρόσωπο, όπως (α) μιμούμενοι την ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά και τα πρότυπα αλληλεπίδρασης ή (β) συμπληρώνοντας ή παρακάμπτοντας μηχανισμούς CAPTCHA ή μέτρα που αποσκοπούν στη διάκριση της χρήσης υπολογιστή από τον άνθρωπο, (iii) να απαντούν με ειλικρίνεια σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση ή μέτρο που επιδιώκει να προσδιορίσει εάν οι αλληλεπιδράσεις προέρχονται από άνθρωπο ή υπολογιστή, (iv) να μην παρακάμπτουν ή να αποφεύγουν με άλλο τρόπο οποιοδήποτε μέτρο που αποσκοπεί στο να εμποδίσει, να περιορίσει, να τροποποιήσει ή να ελέγξει εάν και πώς οι εκπρόσωποι έχουν πρόσβαση, χρησιμοποιούν ή αλληλεπιδρούν με τις υπηρεσίες.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 15 - ΚΑΤΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ
Ενδέχεται να καταγγείλουμε την παρούσα συμφωνία ή την πρόσβασή σας στις υπηρεσίες (ή οποιοδήποτε μέρος αυτής) κατά την αποκλειστική μας διακριτική ευχέρεια ανά πάσα στιγμή χωρίς προειδοποίηση και θα παραμείνετε υπεύθυνοι για όλα τα οφειλόμενα ποσά μέχρι και την ημερομηνία καταγγελίας.
Οι ακόλουθες ενότητες θα συνεχίσουν να ισχύουν μετά από οποιαδήποτε καταγγελία: Πνευματική Ιδιοκτησία, Σχόλια, Δήλωση αποποίησης ευθύνης εγγυήσεων, Περιορισμός ευθύνης, Αποζημίωση, Διαχωρισμός, Παραίτηση, Συνολική Συμφωνία, Εκχώρηση, Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο, Πολιτική Απορρήτου και οποιεσδήποτε άλλες διατάξεις που εκ φύσεως θα πρέπει να παραμείνουν σε ισχύ μετά τη καταγγελία.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 16 - ΔΗΛΩΣΗ ΑΠΟΠΟΙΗΣΗΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΗΣ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΕΩΝ
Οι πληροφορίες που παρουσιάζονται στις υπηρεσίες ή μέσω αυτών διατίθενται αποκλειστικά για σκοπούς γενικής ενημέρωσης. Δεν εγγυόμαστε την ακρίβεια, την πληρότητα ή τη χρησιμότητα αυτών των πληροφοριών. Η εμπιστοσύνη που δείχνετε σε τέτοιες πληροφορίες είναι αυστηρά με δική σας ευθύνη. Αποποιούμαστε κάθε ευθύνης που προκύπτει από οποιαδήποτε εξάρτηση από εν λόγω υλικό από εσάς ή άλλον επισκέπτη των υπηρεσιών ή από όποιον ενημερώθηκε για οποιοδήποτε από τα περιεχόμενά τους.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 18 - ΑΠΟΖΗΜΙΩΣΗ
Συμφωνείτε να αποζημιώσετε, να υπερασπιστείτε και να απαλλάξετε τον JC FASHION gr, το Shopify και τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρείες μας, τους συνεργάτες, τα στελέχη, τους διευθυντές, τους υπαλλήλους, τους εκπροσώπους, τους εργολάβους, τους δικαιοπαρόχους και τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών από οποιεσδήποτε απώλειες, ζημίες, υποχρεώσεις ή αξιώσεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εύλογων δικηγορικών αμοιβών, που καταβάλλονται σε οποιονδήποτε τρίτο λόγω ή που προκύπτουν από (1) την παραβίαση των παρόντων όρων παροχής υπηρεσιών ή των εγγράφων που ενσωματώνονται σε αυτούς μέσω παραπομπής, (2) την παραβίαση οποιουδήποτε νόμου ή των δικαιωμάτων τρίτου μέρους ή (3) την πρόσβαση και τη χρήση των υπηρεσιών από εσάς.
Θα σας ειδοποιήσουμε για οποιαδήποτε αξίωση αποζημίωσης, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι η μη έγκαιρη ειδοποίηση δεν θα σας απαλλάξει από τις υποχρεώσεις σας, εκτός εάν υποστείτε ουσιώδη ζημία. Ενδέχεται να ελέγξουμε την υπεράσπιση και τον διακανονισμό μιας τέτοιας αξίωσης με δικά σας έξοδα, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της επιλογής δικηγόρου, αλλά δεν θα διευθετήσουμε καμία αξίωση που απαιτεί μη χρηματικές υποχρεώσεις από εσάς χωρίς τη συγκατάθεσή σας (η οποία δεν πρέπει να παρακρατείται αδικαιολόγητα). Θα συνεργαστείτε για την υπεράσπιση αξιώσεων αποζημίωσης, μεταξύ άλλων παρέχοντας σχετικά έγγραφα.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 19 - ΔΙΑΧΩΡΙΣΜΟΣ
Σε περίπτωση που οποιαδήποτε διάταξη αυτών των όρων παροχής υπηρεσιών κριθεί παράνομη, άκυρη ή ανεφάρμοστη, η διάταξη αυτή θα είναι ωστόσο εκτελεστή στον μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και το μη εκτελεστό μέρος θα θεωρείται ότι έχει αποκοπεί από αυτούς τους όρους παροχής υπηρεσιών, η εν λόγω απόφαση δεν επηρεάζει την εγκυρότητα και την εκτελεστότητα οποιωνδήποτε λοιπών διατάξεων.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ 20 - ΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΣΗ, ΣΥΝΟΛΙΚΗ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΙΑ
Η αδυναμία μας να ασκήσουμε ή να επιβάλουμε οποιοδήποτε δικαίωμα ή διάταξη αυτών των όρων παροχής υπηρεσιών δεν συνιστά παραίτηση από τέτοιο δικαίωμα ή διάταξη.
